Rene’ Grossman
Rene’ was born and raised in Dallas Texas, graduating Skyline High School in the Architecture Magnet program in 1984. He went on to attend Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor Degree of Architecture and a double minor in Speech Communication and Construction Technology. Rene’ briefly worked for an architecture firm, then in 1991 found his calling working as a salesman for a local gutter company. He quickly realized his passion for helping people, building trust, and becoming an expert at building relationships based on trust, respect and a “get it done” work ethic. He founded Nationwide Gutter in 1998 and carved out a niche in the Multifamily business that has led to great success for both his clients and his team. He has been a board member on the Multifamily Builders Council (MFBC) for many years and views his contribution in the organization as part of giving back to the Multifamily Community. Nationwide Gutter’s goals are to create a culture of safety, positive growth and innovation. He feels his purpose now is to pass on his knowledge and expertise by teaching, training and mentoring those around him to succeed in everything they do. He looks forward to the future of Nationwide Gutter and hopes that each client his team works with will become a long term friend, client and partner.
His interests include family, traveling, baseball, golf, watching movies, working out, dirty martinis with blue cheese olives, collecting cars, and the friendships he has created within his business.
Kimberly Grossman
Kimberly was born and raised in Lafayette, LA where she attended the University of Louisiana in Lafayette and graduated with a degree in Office Administration with an emphasis in accounting. After graduating from UL in 1989, she moved to Dallas where she was an Executive Administrative Assistant in commercial real estate as well as an Executive Administrative Assistant for Ford Motor Company until she and her husband Rene started Nationwide Gutter in 1998.
From the inception of Nationwide Gutter, she has been responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Currently, her main responsibility is collections and closing out files.
Her interests include cooking, entertaining, reading, and wine tastings
Rebekah Updike
Rebekah is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Nationwide Gutter. She performs numerous duties including HR, Benefits, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Rebekah spent most of her childhood in Oklahoma, and studied Criminal Justice and Criminology at the University of Texas in Arlington where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She started her career in Accounting in 2001 as a receptionist in the University of Arkansas Printing Services Department, then began work at a general construction company in Grapevine, Texas in 2006 as a project administrator; working her way up to Accounting Manager until 2013. Eventually, she found her way to Nationwide Gutter.
Her interests include hanging out with friends and family, reading books, or watching movies.
Monica Medina
Monica is the Secretary at Nationwide Gutter. She performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties for the office staff, managers, and supervisors. Monica was born and raised in Dallas, and is currently taking courses at a community college in pursuit of her Executive Assistant degree. She has been with Nationwide Gutter since 2006 and “plans on being there until they kick her out or until she retires; whichever comes first!”
Her interests include watching movies and traveling.
Andrew Chustz
Andrew was born in Baton Rouge, LA and graduated from Louisiana State University with a Construction Management Degree in 2004. Andrew’s duties include securing invitations to bid on projects and downloading and saving plans/specification associated with each project for the company. He continues to innovate the estimating and operations techniques and is a key person for the company’s daily success. Andrew’s loyalty, dedication and innovation has led the company to great success.
His interests include spending time with family (he has two young boys and another on the way), soccer, college football (LSU), and RC car racing and Motocross.
Matt Aldrich
Matthew has more than thirteen years of progressive experience in sales in the construction industry. In 2006 he opened the doors to a roofing and gutter company in Newcastle, Wyoming. By 2011 the company had grown to the point he opened a second location and by 2012 the company expanded services to include commercial construction. In 2016 he decided to relocate his family to the DFW metroplex and sold his company. Since being in Texas, Matthew has been performing professional sales for construction and gutter systems, and in January of 2019 he joined Nationwide Gutter focusing on new customer development.
Matthew’s interests include spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors every chance he gets.
Brad Wimpee
Brad is from Garland, Texas and is the director of sales with a trackrecord of owning and hitting / exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts; developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and also expand our existing customer base; and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. He graduated from Texas A&M University (BBA in Info & Ops Management, MIS). His most recent position was based out of DFW and was managing $15M in sales for a large-scale manufacturer, managing half of the United States territory and running 15+ rep groups consisting of 100+ employees.
Brad is married to Kerri for 5 years; (2) Sons: Drew attends PCA (plays baseball) and is a 16 year-old Sophomore; Reed attends Oklahoma State University and is a 19 year-old Sophomore majoring in Pre-Law.
His interests include “golfing, playing golf, then more golf,” and is a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He says, “The only thing that keeps me off the PGA Tour is my day job…..(Nationwide Gutter, ahem.)”
Brion Gill
Brion is the Director of Operations at Nationwide Gutter. He grew up in Austin, Texas and has 20 years of field experience in the carpentry and framing business. While in Austin, he began as a Production Manager over field operations at a local roofing and gutter company. After relocating to the Dallas area, he got promoted to Assistant Director of Operation, and later moved to Nationwide Gutter to be the Director of Operations. His responsibilities include hiring new field staff, overseeing scheduling, warehouse management, fleet services, payroll verification, and quality control. Brion also oversees the new culture of OSHA/safety. He works closely with the client base to provide the best customer service possible. Brion reports directly to the president of the company and is a true asset and leader. His contributions and leadership qualities make up the driving force to the operations department’s success.
His interests include family, his grandchildren, long motorcycle rides, Jack Daniels (preferably Frank Sinatra) and backyard BBQ’ing.
Clay Pyle
Clay was born and raised in Mesquite TX. Clay attended North Mesquite High School and participated in track and field and graduated in 1994. He enlisted in the US Army Reserves and served in the 980th Engineering BN. out of Dallas from 1994-1998. He had a passion for automotive restoration and worked at Super Shops, a local hot rod shop. Realizing there was a low ceiling for income potential in the ever changing world of automotive parts and restoration he sought career advice from successful family and friends. In 1999, he went to work for a local roofing company where he learned the ins and outs of roofing sales and developed a new passion for face to face sales. He enjoyed interacting with clients and takes pride in providing the best customer service and highest quality workmanship possible. In 2001, he took a position with startup HVAC who wanted to break into the single family new construction market. This is where he found his true calling, selling to clients that would require more relationship building than cold call sales. He has been with Nationwide Gutter since March 2008 and continues to learn and grow as General Manager and Account representative under the mentorship of Rene’ Grossman.
His interests include family, outdoors, boating, and anything as long he is surrounded by family and friends.
Tiffany Dougherty
Tiffany is the scheduling manager at Nationwide Gutter, whose responsibilities include maintaining daily company job schedules while ordering all materials for each job. She is also in charge of all warehousing duties and organization. She has had extensive prior experience as General Office Admin and Junior Estimator for other roofing companies.
Her interests include spending all the time she can with her 8-year-old daughter, going on her boat, or going to the beach.
Clint Gill
Clint Gill is one of our field supervisors. His duties include getting the crews loaded up
and ready to work each morning. When he is on a jobsite he is there to verify all safety
requirements are being met and to communicate and cooperate with project managers and
our crews to ensure that the job is completed properly and on time.
He worked for a commercial construction company traveling around Texas and Oklahoma remodeling and building new restaurants. He also has 10 years experience in residential construction where he did everything from framing to the building and installation of custom cabinets.
He worked at a commercial and residential roofing company, starting as inspector and worked his way up to customer service manager. When he is not working he looks forward to spending time with his wife Hannah, his daughter Kendall, and watching as much sports as they will let him.
Daniel Lehew
Daniel is the Sale Coordinator for Nationwide Gutter. His responsibilities include strategic oversight of the sales process and internal sales development by way of Nationwide Gutter’s state of the art database management tools. In short, Daniel is the “eyes in the sky” for Nationwide Gutter’s sales force.
Prior to joining Nationwide Gutter, Daniel was a Territory Manger for the largest team sports dealer of apparel and equipment in the country, BSN Sports. As a leader in his role Daniel has extensive experience in sales, sales processes, database management and… hard work.
After graduating from Coppell High School in 2004, Daniel studied abroad in Ottawa, Canada where he received a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Dominican University. After finalizing his studies, Daniel traveled back to his home town of Coppell,Texas where he now resides with his wife, Naomi and their four wonderful children Elijah, Jeremiah, Maura and Levi. After his wife and children, Daniel enjoys the outdoors, his backyard chickens, classical music and a good cigar.
Austin Hebert
Austin was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in McKinney, TX. Austin graduated from McKinney Boyd High school in 2014 and after, chose to go to the greatest college in America… LSU (Geaux Tigers!) Graduating in 2018 from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a double minor in Business Administration and Technical Sales; Austin brings fresh ideas and experiential insight into the ever-changing world of Construction.
Austin’s hobbies include – cooking, playing poker around the country, LSU sports, hunting, and playing golf when he has the chance.
