Rene’ and I started Nationwide Gutter in the winter of 1998. At that time, I managed all aspects of the company including administration and all accounting responsibilities. We have grown immensely since then and my position has somewhat changed. After staying home with our children for a few years, I now support the company by overseeing collections of overdue accounts and working closely with Michelle, our Office Manager and Monica our receptionist.
I am very enthusiastic about Nationwide Gutter’s future. I feel that our company has great clients and we will continue to be successful in servicing the raingutter industry

Well I have been with Nationwide Gutter for about a year and a half. I was brought onboard for my supervisor experience, to manage the crews, and the fact that I’m Bilingual is an added bonus. I work closely with the crews to make sure that they are successful, and that means if need be, going to a job site to personally supervise it. I am also in charge of safety, so if it’s simply getting the crews new hard hats, or making sure they are following safety procedures, that’s me.

I have been working in the construction industry for 13 years. I have worked in various aspects and stages in development as well as roofing and flooring. I am the Bookkeeper/Office Manager for Nationwide Gutter and have been with the company since 2006. My role within our organization works mainly with the Project Assistants/Secretaries, at times the Project Managers/Supervisors. I handle the draws, A/P, A/R, payroll, Human Resources, out of state research/bonds. Here at our office we have a very professional yet fun atmosphere. We are a great team and work with the customer in mind. When a call comes in the office it may not only be handled by whom is asked for but we are all involved in some aspect. We are enjoy what we do and are very customer service driven.

As the clerical and administrative core of the business, I take great pride in helping other team members and watching our little family work together to make each project a success. Whether it's travel or correspondence, bid docs or preparing for meetings, each part of my day, makes me more and more proud of my role in this company.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses ranging from the Fortune 500 all the way “down” to small bootstrapped businesses. I think that small businesses are a unique place where employees have no choice but to be innovative and highly creative. When you tie those together with confidence and great communication skills, you tend to get the type of people that actively seek out (and share) new experiences - that makes them such great people to work with.

I started my career in the construction industry in 2000 as draftsman and a purchasing agent for a large mechanical contractor. I progressed my skills by working in the field and learning to create material take-offs based on the plans I had prepared for new construction plumbing. I later on went to work for a well known company as the lead estimator. At that time I had acquired a great deal of knowledge about working in the industry. I have recently joined the nationwide team as I am eager to perfect my talent in a new trade.

What began as a one-man business in Irving, TX in 1998 has quickly grown to become one of the nation’s most reliable gutter providers offering services in over a dozen states.
